Christy King is a Chapel Hill–based artist who studied art and education at UNC Chapel Hill. Arboretum in June was commissioned for the 100th anniversary of The Carolina Inn. It now lives as part of the Inn’s art collection, inspired by the beauty and heritage of magnolias in Chapel Hill.

Each pillow is custom-designed for your property and features artwork from a local artist. Organic cotton covers and recycled fiber inserts (rPET).
Pricing
Wholesale: $80 per pillow
Suggested Retail: $160 per pillow

Artist Licensing
PILLOVV manages all artwork licensing. Artists receive a 10% ongoing royalty on all current and future sales.
Payment Terms
50% deposit upon sample approval.
50% balance due upon delivery.
Care & Cleaning
Machine washable covers. Wash cold inside out. Tumble dry low.
Supply Chain & Distribution
Embroidered covers are produced in India, filled in Ohio, and shipped from our Groveport, Ohio facility. Domestic inventory is maintained to ensure consistent availability.
Compliance
We maintain a formal CSR program aligned with Fair Labor Association (FLA) standards.
We work exclusively with manufacturing partners that participate in internationally recognized, third-party social compliance audits with ongoing annual monitoring.
Materials meet product safety and certification standards, including OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and Global Recycled Standard (GRS), where applicable.
Our manufacturing and compliance framework is built to align with global hospitality procurement standards.
