PILLOVV supports artists through textile collaborations creating beautiful products that tell local stories and celebrate the people who make them possible. Thank you to our artists and thank you for being part of the the community who supports them.

  • IMPACT

Our mission is to support independent artists through the creation of thoughtfully made, sustainable products that bring a luxurious touch of local art into hospitality spaces. Our goal is to increase visibility for artists, create meaningful income opportunities, and foster ongoing engagement with their creative work.

  • ETHICS

PILLOVV is committed to ethical and responsible manufacturing. We maintain a formal CSR program aligned with Fair Labor Association (FLA) standards and work exclusively with manufacturing partners that participate in internationally recognized, third-party social-compliance audits with ongoing, annual monitoring. Active partners also maintain product-safety and material certifications, including OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and Global Recycled Standard (GRS), where applicable.

  • SUSTAINABILITY

We thoughtfully prioritize organic and recycled materials, designing each product with durability and minimal environmental impact in mind. Each pillow is made of organic cotton and filled with rPET (recycled water bottle plastic), giving new life to plastic waste and reducing our environmental footprint.

PILLOVV is rooted in the personal story of founder Sarah Hallock, who grew up watching her mother—a watercolor painter—build her art career. Seeing firsthand how difficult it can be for artists to reach the market shaped the passion behind creating meaningful opportunities for artists by connecting their work to hospitality through textile. As PILLOVV continues to grow, the studio remains deeply connected to its roots and community in Columbus, Ohio. The focus remains on being a creative connector between hospitality and the arts, facilitating textile collaborations that bring artists’ work into hotels across the country.
