We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and in original packaging. Items with signs of use or other wear are not eligible for a refund.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@pillovv.com with your order number. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact contact@pillovv.com.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@pillovv.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
